Hello Colleagues!
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I extend my warmest welcome to the new OPBA Board!
As your new Chair, I am truly honored to have the opportunity to work with such a diverse and accomplished group of individuals.
Over the next couple of years, I envision the new Board structure will be a catalyst for ground-breaking ideas, dynamic discussions, and fruitful collaborations. Our primary goal is to foster an atmosphere of open exchange and learning, where each OPBA member can gain valuable insights, expand their knowledge, and contribute to the advancement of our field.
October is right around the corner and with it is not just a return to conference normalcy; it is a celebration of human connection, collaboration, and progress. It is a testament to the unyielding spirit of our community that, despite the obstacles thrown our way, we continue to thrive, learn, and grow together.
The program we have carefully planned is nothing short of amazing. We have invited expert speakers and panelists, who will share their experiences, inspiring all of us to push the boundaries of our understanding. Moreover, the professional development sessions and workshops promise to delve into specific topics, allowing for more intimate and interactive engagement.
Should you have any questions, suggestions, or simply wish to connect, please know that I am always available for a chat.
I look forward to seeing you all at the Conference in October!
With warm regards,
Victoria Mirlocca, Chair
